The technician was polite, thorough, and tidy. He even went a step above and applied some mastic to an area that had blown through after the initial installation. We were very pleased with our service.

I am renting an apartment on US in Melbourne. I just moved in from another unit and the mini-split had been leaking multiple times. They came out on Tuesday because it was leaking like a sieve and said they were going to replace the unit on Thursday. I was not there and the landlord showed up to let them in. They said they found a defect in the AC and they took the unit out. My landlord said someone will call me and let me know what is going on by the end of the day. Nobody did so I called Kabran and the lady said they are showing the job was complete so she would look into it and no news is good news. Nobody called back and when I got home I saw the unit was gone. When I called back to explain the lady at 440pm she said well I have good news nobody is here to help you. I work in maintenance. So I called this morning and they said I have to talk my landlord they can't tell me anything. So the GM just called me and said it was a legal issue because I don't own the property. So I asked him if they broke the law yesterday and he said the cops aren't going to come get me but your landlord could sue me. They should have replaced this yesterday. It will be 88 degrees today and we didn't sleep great last night when it was 79. You would probably get fired from Wawa treating a homeless non-customer like this. Folks there are way better AC companies out there. You may have a good experience with them but why take your chances. Have a blessed day. Stay cool. In this situation, our findings were communicated to the property owner, who is responsible for determining and authorizing the next steps. While we understand your desire to receive updates directly, we must respect the property owner's authority regarding decisions about their equipment. This is not intended to dismiss your concerns or the inconvenience you experienced. That being said, we recognize that our communication with you could have been handled better, and we will use your feedback to improve how we address similar situations in the future. Our entire A/C system went out late Sunday afternoon. Trey from Kabran arrived the next morning and gave us a thorough, honest assessment of our nearly 10 yr old system. He spent a fair amount of time on our old unit but ultimately came to the conclusion that we needed a new one. He then made a call to Chris, who squeezed us in between appointments & presented us with replacement options for a new unit. Chris was a previous tech before becoming a salesperson, he was helpful, knowledgeable & we never felt pressured into buying a new system. He presented options & then checked to see if they had our chosen unit in stock at their warehouse. Luckily, it was in stock!! He then made a few phone calls & coordinated to have the unit installed the following day! Alex & Daulton arrived that next morning (Tuesday, on time) and installed our new system. They were courteous, helpful, friendly & professional. Our past few years of A/C maintenance & then an install has been some of the best customer service we have ever experienced!! I appreciate the office/techs in their communication efforts of keeping the customer informed when they are on their way or if they are running late! Kabran please continue with your excellent communication efforts with your customers & your success will continue! Thank you!!

Just had 2 great installers put in my new AC/Heating. They were absolutely wonderful! Not only did they do a great job with extras like installing extra insulation but I have no cleaning to do following their work! They were polite, efficient and caring.
