Even though the u it was under warranty I had him replace the motor so I didn’t run into problems having my 65 year old friend going days without AC.

These guys are just wonderful. They take care of the problem and handle and know all about the warranties involved and have done now three jobs for me one of them huge and I just couldn’t be more satisfied

I would have given him a 5 as he was very courteous and nice e but he did not turn the system back on. It was getting very hot in here and that’s when I realized it was turned off

We’ve been using Kabran for a few years now — ever since we had a big issue with our downstairs unit during the heat of summer. We have a water cooled unit that connects to our irrigation, which is pretty unique and not many technicians know how to maintain it, let alone fix it. Eric has been wonderful and helpful each time we’ve called. This year for our annual maintenance we worked with Nate on our standard unit upstairs and he did a super thorough job. Identified a huge blockage of debris and got creative cleaning it out. We were super grateful and our air is literally ice cold now!

I called Kabran about a problem I was having with my clothes dryer vent. They were able to dispatch a tech to my house that day. In fact, he arrived within a few hours from my call. Thomas was very friendly and courteous. He fixed the problem quickly and the charge for the repair was very reasonable.
