Membership Terms
- Monthly memberships are month-to-month subscriptions that
automatically renew. - You may cancel your membership at any time. Your membership
benefits will remain active through the end of the period for
which payment has already been made. No refunds, credits, or
partial-month adjustments will be provided. - Annual service benefits and allowances reset every 12 months
on the membership anniversary and have no cash value. - Waived after-hours and holiday surcharges do not waive normal
diagnostic or repair charges. - Loaner portable AC units are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for damage to the unit.
Cool Bank Terms
- Cool Bucks are first awarded at the 12-month membership mark
and every completed 12-month membership period thereafter. - Credits apply toward full system replacement only and can be
combined with other discounts. - Credits accumulate up to the applicable plan limit and carry
forward rather than resetting annually. - Credits may transfer to a new homeowner.
- Accumulated credits expire one year after membership
cancellation and have no cash value.
