Kabran is an excellent company for installation and service, in my case Carrier Coastal unit. Kabran staff are responsive on calls and communicative on appointments and times of arrival. To date, have used them for two years for both install and service with great service and no issues. Joel as service technician for two years is conscientious and thorough in all aspects of work.

We've been customers of Kabran for 15 years or so and from the office staff to the technicians, we've always had excellent service. Today we had the fan motor replaced. They had it rushed in from the manufacturer, installed quickly, and the tech stayed a while afterwards to make sure it was performing as expected. I don't plan to ever use a different AC company.

Gabriel and the other Tech were fantastic. They took their time, made sure everything was 100% before leaving. They also cleaned up! We had to have an entire unit replaced, and had been without AC for a week! We’ve been with Kabran for many years. Their attentiveness, and willingness to help is top notch in the industry.
