Kaleb was shown the air handler and immediately went to the problem. It was a clogged condenser drain pipe. In no time Kaleb had the issue resolved and I will make a call Monday to get Kabran to replace the whole drain pipe. Kaleb is an amazing, polite and knowledgeable young man and he is a great representative of Kabran heat and air.
Kaleb returned today to replace the A/C drain tube to extend the drain pipe and place it above the ground. He got the job finished sooner than expected. It was a great pleasure to have an experienced young man do such a great & professional job.

Kabran’s Service Technician, Joel M. has been coming to my home for several years to do a routine check up and maintenance on my air conditioning system. I always request him as he is personable and very thorough. He does his very best to keep my system in top working condition.

Alex and Dalton installed a new (replacement) A/C system at my beachfront condo. It was extremely hot that day, but the two men worked tirelessly for 10 hours to complete the job. They encountered multiple obstacles throughout the day but overcame each of them to restore service to my unit. Alex led the installation. Support from Dalton, both on the roof and inside the unit, allowed the crew to completely remodel the air handler space and install the new condenser unit on the roof. Alex kept me informed of progress throughout the day and described the wiring issues and solutions they encountered. Their work was professional in every respect and I couldn't have been more pleased with their work. If you are buying from Kabran, ask for Alex and Dalton for your install. You'll be glad you did.

AC went out at 4.30 Friday afternoon. Kabran were able to send a Tech (Kevin) by 6.00pm. Starting capacitor fixed by 7pm. Cost was very reasonable considering the circumstances.
