Called on Friday morning, service rendered by 6p. Heather of Cust. Serv. was helpful. I received a text to let me know when the Technician was on their way. Technician was polite, thorough, answered all my questions and didn't rush when checking unit. Part needs to be ordered, but I have no complaints regarding Kabran. 2nd Part: Kabran Air ordered the fan motor on Mon., 8/24, Motor arrived on Tues., 8/25, Tech. Dalton installed part today, 8/26 and A/C is working great. Again Tech. Dalton answered all my questions clearly, and showed me the work that he was going to perform. I highly recommend him and Kabran. Thank you Heather and Missy!!

Kabran always does an excellent job for us. We filled out the online form on Monday because the air handler was making an unusual noise. It was still working fine so they asked if the tech could come out on Tuesday. Our tech, Trey, arrived when he said they would on Tuesday and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was the transformer and he needed to order the part. He said it should take 2-3 days for it to arrive. Kabran called Wednesday said the part was in, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. It is now 9:30am on Thursday and my a/c is running quietly and I am a very happy customer.

Joel just finished my maintenance service on the ac system. He went way beyond what is expected, even cleaning my dryer air vent which is directly next to my system. Joel is experienced and efficient. Never had any problems with Kabran or their technicians.
